SALVAGED ANTIQUE FLOORING
Every year Florida Victorian salvage crews rescue flooring from centuries old buildings. Most commonly found in the central Florida area and throughout the south east is the Southern Longleaf Pine tree. Most of these gigantic trees were cut down prior to the 1920's. The longleaf pines were fully matured and sometimes reach the old age of 300-400 years. Heartpine lumber is known for its beautiful red grain and its incredible strength and durability.
